The high-luxury horologists, Patek Philippe, are notorious for their private approach. Virtually non-existent on social media, the family-owned watchmakers prefer to devote themselves to their craft. It was our task to help them share that passion.

For the Chinese market, where social channels are omnipresent, they enlisted us to create a H5 experience – a perfect medium to be shared through WeChat. We set out to create something that would make them glad to have dipped their toes into the water.

This H5 is built around Patek Philippe’s latest collection, a set of Complications – timepieces with special features – for women. Hence the name, ‘Ladies Complications’. Always careful to retain the upstanding elegance of the brand, we used subtle animations and intricate designs to reflect the soul of the brand. In turn, users journey through the ‘World Time’, ‘Minute Repeaters’, and ‘Perpetual Calendars’ Complications, observing their ornate details, before being able to book a private viewing at the Shanghai or Beijing Maison.
